We follow a data-minimization principle and collect only what is necessary to operate and improve the Service.

2 · How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and personalize the Service
• Authenticate accounts and secure gameplay (anti-cheat, anti-fraud)
• Process in-app purchases and handle billing issues/refunds
• Diagnose crashes and improve performance and stability
• Understand aggregate usage to improve design and balance
• Respond to support inquiries and legal requests
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3 · Information Sharing & Service Providers

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Service does not display advertisements and does not integrate any advertising SDKs. The Advertising Identifier collected via Firebase Analytics is used solely for aggregated, pseudonymous usage analytics and is never shared with advertising networks.

We share limited information only with the following categories of recipients, solely to operate the Service:

• Platform provider — Google LLC (Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, Firebase, Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Analytics & crash reporting — e.g., Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics (pseudonymous)
• Cloud infrastructure — hosting and storage providers acting on our instructions
• Customer support tools — to manage your inquiries
• Legal, safety, and compliance — to respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or prevent fraud
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with appropriate notice

4 · Google Services

The Service uses Google Sign-In for authentication. We receive only your Google Account ID (an opaque identifier) from Google and do not receive your name, email address, or profile picture unless you explicitly provide them to us (for example, when contacting support).

5 · Age Requirements

Because Planet Master is a social casino-style game, the Service is intended for users aged 18 and older in all jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete the associated data. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, please contact foxrise80286@gmail.com.

6 · Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in two ways:

• In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
• By email: foxrise80286@gmail.com

Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law (for example, transaction records retained for up to 5 years for tax and anti-fraud purposes). Inactive accounts may be deleted after 12 consecutive months of inactivity following prior notice where feasible.

7 · Your Rights (General)

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we process about you
• Access a copy of that information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated personal data
• Withdraw consent and object to or restrict certain processing
• Lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority

8 · U.S. State Privacy Rights (California & Others)

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information and have not done so in the preceding 12 months. Under California Civil Code §1798.83 ("Shine the Light"), we do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Other U.S. states. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, and (where applicable) appeal our decisions. Contact foxrise80286@gmail.com.

9 · Philippines Data Privacy Rights

For users residing in the Philippines, we process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

As a data subject you have the rights to be informed, to access, to object, to correct (rectification), to erasure or blocking, to damages, to data portability, and to file a complaint.

10 · Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and ongoing monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 · International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in the Republic of Korea (where Pumpkinseed is based) and in other countries where our service providers operate. When we transfer personal data across borders, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms and apply safeguards consistent with applicable law.

12 · Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party SDKs and platforms (e.g., Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies. Firebase Analytics may use the Advertising Identifier (GAID/IDFA) for analytics purposes; this is the only purpose for which the Advertising Identifier is processed. The Service does not integrate any advertising SDKs (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, etc.). The current list of key providers is maintained at the support contact below and may be updated as the Service evolves.

13 · Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through an in-game notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect (or 7 days where a shorter period is permitted by local law). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
